To Sat 8 Dec: A walk Down Chatsworth Road – Chesterfield Museum and Art Gallery. An exhibition that focuses on the community history of Brampton, looking at personal stories as well as the social and industrial history of this well-loved area.
Thu 29 Nov to Sun 9 Dec: Christmas at Renishaw Hall – 10:30am to 4pm. See the Sitwell family home resplendent in festive decoration. Museum & Café open.
To 24 Dec: Santa’s Grotto – Chesterfield Market Hall. Bring your little ones to meet Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas. Various Opening Times.
To Sun 6 Jan: Christmas at Chatsworth – Magically decorated, the house reflects the theme ‘Once upon a time’. Storytellers guide you through whilst retelling fairy tales. Opening Times see chatsworth.org
To Sat 19 Jan: WW1 The Trench Experience – Chesterfield Museum and Art Gallery. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of life in the trenches of WW1 & discover the histories of Chesterfield soldiers who fought on the front line. Various opening times.
