Five Ways to Wellbeing
‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ is a major initiative aimed at helping people improve their wellbeing. It covers, Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect, Take Notice and Give – details are displayed on the PPG Notice Board at the Chastworth Road Medical Centre.
Are you aware of the ways patients can access facilities for health and wellbeing? Locally there is a focus on people affected by mental health issues. Health, Wealth and Wellbeing days, are special days with lunch and entertainment to help combat loneliness and isolation and ‘Time for You Cafes’ run days where special facilities such as free head massages are given to encourage people to visit and find out more about Wellbeing services.
